What’s on offer?
Refurbit Hull provides a full business-to-business IT waste management service to the public and private sectors. This covers all aspects of safe and responsible disposal – including waste management consultation, asset management, hazardous waste disposal, and secure data handling and destruction.
Clients include SMEs, bluechip companies, local authorities and individuals. A repairs and upgrade service is also provided.
Once refurbished, equipment is provided at low cost to individuals and organisations such as charities, families on low incomes and new business start ups.
Standards & quality control systems
In 2003 Refurbit became the first organisation of its kind to be accredited by the Industry Council for Electronic Equipment Recycling (ICER) as a WEEE refurbisher. It has also been successfully audited for quality and environmental compliance by a number of blue chip companies and operates its own, annually reviewed, environmental policy.
